Responsible for monthly closing for Dutch franchise companies

Single point of contact for all finance related questions

Conduct analysis of accounting data and plausibility checks;

Preparation of monthly closing in order to run through a smooth and timely reporting process

Financial data (P&L) analysis and reporting, including analysis on main P&L’s variances

Responsible for all activities regaring annual closing

including TAX related liabilities due to Corona/COVID

restructred the finance department (process and way of working)

train all finance employees in Excel

Responsible for Dutch entities including month-end P&L and balance sheet reporting, reconciliations and compliance.

Single point of contact for financial questions, supporting the business from a financial point of view

Follow-up on business, P&L impacts and support business analysis in budget and forecast

Preparation of month-end (pre-close work) in order to run through a smooth and timely reporting process

Month-end activities providing accurate and complete financial data (P&L) to Management including analysis on main P&L’s variances

Assure weekly consolidation on specific GL
